You may have tried this, and excuse me if it seems really simple....but have you tried pressing the unlock button on the Key Fob? on some LH bodies the passenger front door lock can trip making the controller think the car is being stolen with all doors closed and locked unlock the pass front with the key open and then close the door this usually resets that lock

Pelican makes models of cases that include a built in lock.
Could be the "Torque Converter Lock-up" Solenoid sticking in the lock position.
It is inside the shifter.

To change the rear door lock on a Chrysler Cirrus, start by removing the door panel. Use a screwdriver to take out any screws and gently pry off the panel to access the lock mechanism. Disconnect the wiring harness and remove the old lock by unscrewing it from its mounting. Install the new lock by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure before reattaching the door panel.
Not from the factory, but a lot of people do add locking lug nuts.
