The order of the relay box in a car typically follows the manufacturer's specific configuration, which can vary by make and model. Generally, relays are organized based on their functions, such as for headlights, fuel pumps, or cooling fans, and are listed in a diagram usually found on the underside of the fuse box cover. It's essential to consult the vehicle's owner manual or a repair guide for the exact relay layout and order for your specific vehicle.

Just bought a 95 Transport SE about a week ago, so yesterday bought the Chiltons for it. Go under the hood on the passengers side up front near the headlights. You will see a closed metal box (relay box) under that will be 4 plastic fusible link boxes. The book says that the relay box handles: horn, headlights, starter, electric fuel pump & other high draw circuits. Hope this helps.
