The computer chip that controls your windows may not be working. You should have a professional diagnose your windows to determine the actual problem.
A dx has no power windows or no sunroof an ex has power windows and door locks and should say on the valve cover v-tech
check and see if the window lock is on or not, driver side window and sunroof will still function when window lock is activated however, the other windows will not work, even by the drivers control, it should be the button on the top right next to your power door lock switch,

I have a 94 jetta and bought the car with a broken sunroof motor. There is a plastic piece on the head liner. Just pull off the piece. Inside you should find an Allen wrentch and an Allen hole. You can figure it out from there.
