To remove the factory subwoofer from a 2006 Cadillac CTS, start by disconnecting the car's battery to prevent any electrical issues. Next, carefully remove the rear seat bottom by lifting it up and out. Then, take off the side panels or trim pieces in the trunk to access the subwoofer mounting screws. Finally, unscrew the subwoofer from its housing, disconnect the wiring harness, and remove it from the vehicle.
I have a 97 deville delegance. The front dash has a 4X6 in the center. All four doors have 5.25 inch speakers. The rear deck has two 6X9's. I upgraded mine to kicker coaxials and they sound amazing! Hope this helps
The door has mids and separate tweeters so 4 are in there.
Pretty positive they are 3.5's in the dash, and 6x9's in the door and rear deck. There may be only two 3 1/2's in the dash, the center speaker opening seems to be rarely used. Also if you have the 380 watt system it will have a subwoofer in the rear deck also
