According to Crutchfield.com -- 5-1/4" round in the front doors and it shows both 6-1/2" or 6x9" for the rear deck. I'm pretty sure the OE speakers are the 6-1/2" ones. doors are 5.25 round in my 99 rear deck are 6x9
