some did and some did not if it is not behind the bumper on the right front (passanger side) you will have to go to your ford dealer and order the cable. all 6.0L came with the heater in the block but may not have the cord.
I assume that's the 351 Windsor that has the thermostat mounted vertically in the end of the intake manifold ( The 351 modified and the Cleveland versions have the thermostat mounted horizontally into the engine block )
Ford Premium Gold Propylene Glycol only - the gold stuff. The Green ethylene glycol will damage it. Go to Ford parts department or fordparts.com and order it. It is good for 100k miles. The rule has been if it came with the Premium Gold "Yellow" coolant, then refill it with that. Contact your local ford dealership to confirm.

From expericence, I would say Ford. I drive a 2001 F250 4x4 Super Duty, she has 130,000 miles and she's still running quite smooth. I've been driving her for about 3 years, and my biggest problem has been a battery dying, but it was 7 years old, and it turns out its cables just came loose.Definitely, go for a Ford, you won't regret it!
if you have the owner book that came with the vehicle, you can find in the book how to disable the door chime
