avg price is about used 150-200 dollars new is about 200-300 if you do it yourself ..otherwise you will have mechanic fees applying also wich could put it in the $300-400 range
The radiator would be specific to the truck, not to the engine.
you have to drain the antifreeze/coolant so it would be wise.
A few hundred dollars if I remember right, I just replaced mine last year.

Check valve in radiator cap malfunction, replace radiator cap.
Less air is moving over the condenser which reduces the cooling. Check/ replace the radiator fan clutch.
Save yourself time and trouble and replace the complete radiator, which would be available at your local auto parts store.
No but it will give you alot more room to work and radiator fins are very delicate. If you insist on keeping the radiator in place cut out some thick cardboard and place it over the fins. I would most definitely remove it. I have replace the water pump, radiator, and thermostat in my 98 limited 5.9L
Smoke from the radiator would be do to a leak evaporating off of it. Find the leak repair or replace necessary parts.
Pull it out, take it to a radiator shop and have them do it. Or what I would do , is just replace it with a new aftermakret one.
A dealership would be able to replace the key.
