most likely a blown shift collum actuator fuse. when you press the brake theres a pin that releases the shifter, you can hear a click. if that fuse is ok. check the actuator itself, if that is ok, check the fact that the linkage could be frozen, or it could be an internal transmission linkage issue. so start with the easy fuse.
