brake booster vacuum leak,or bad brake booster.
You need a tune-up
The power brake vacuum booster is failing.
The brake master cylinder has nothing to do with the way the car runs. It certainly wouldn't cause it to stall.....Maybe the brake booster?
A leak in the brake booster is one common reason why a car would stall or hesitate when the brakes are pushed. There could also be an obstruction in the brake line.
The power brake booster is bad.
I would suspect a leaking brake booster. When you apply the brakes, the extra vacuum needed, causes the engine to stall. Check the brake booster vacuum line and the booster itself. You also might want to replace all vacuum lines if the car is over 10 years old.
A problem in the fuel line could cause it to stall. On a stick shift, letting off the clutch too soon would cause the vehicle to stall.
It could stall if you use the rear brake while going downhill. Is this the case?
Does this happen when you come to a complete stop or while you are coming to a stop? Is this Truck Automatic or Standard? Brake booster could be something, Torque Converter Clutch Valve not disengaging(Automatic).
I found it to be the throttle sensor on mine. Cost me about $40. And put it on myself. It's looks like a small wire harness under the end of the airintake hose coming from the airfilter box.
The AC pump is bad. When the AC is turned on the pump tries to turn, because it is bad the extra strain on the motor causes it to stall. Be carely this can break or through a belt. In short its like putting a "brake" on your motor.
No. The water on the road won't make your vehicle stall.
