Bent wheels could be a cause.. Bent from curbs, or bent from tightening & loosening lug nuts improperly.(rare) OR you should have the suspension checked out thoroughly. Most cars are riding on rubber components that have a tend. to wear out. Bushings, Bearings, Axles, shocks you have to check them all.

yes they would. you my be able to reduce the problem by having the wheels computer balanced. you may be able to have the wheels straightend or replaced

It may be as simple as wheel balance but you should have the front end inspected for worn or loose parts such as tie rods, ball jionts, wheel bearings, steering box etc.

The power steering pump belt is located on the drivers side of the car. It runs parralell to the alternator / a/c belt, right above it. There is a pulley just above your alternator, the belt on this pulley is your power steering pump belt.
It is possible the power steering fluid is low,or the belt is loose.
