If you've verified that all suspension and steering components are in good condition and tight, the next step is to look at the shock absorbers.
Regardless of what you hear at the bar or chatting with backyard mechanics, shock absorbers have only one function; they dampen out tire bounce when you hit a bump. Your tires are like a Basketball and when they hit something they want to keep bouncing until they have a reason to stop, either from NATURAL dissipation of the harmonic energy or if the shocks have dampened the bounce.
Oversized tires, wheels, axles and other "unsprung" components require that you use LARGER shock absorbers or possibly multiple shock absorbers to dampen out the harmonic bounce.
A good "off road" shop should be able to tell you more about it. NEW ANSWER: Need to put duel steering stablelizer shocks on and you will notice a
big difference.

Possible broken a-arm, or bent wheel.
i think you should remove the door first then remove the door panel by hitting it with a soft hammer to release it.
front struts berings
A damaged/rusted/warped brake rotor on the right front.
low on oil, crankshaft and bearings bad
Brakes are shot or a wheel bearing is bad.
have it checked you could have bent the axle and the noise would be the bearing
A front popping on the left of a 98 Blazer could be the brakes, steering, or wheel bearing. Check all three to find the cause.
