This could be the wheel hub bearing. Jack the front end, place safety jacks, & grab the tire at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock. wiggle it and check for play. If so, likely a wheel hub bearing. Disclaimer: If you're unsure, take it to a pro.

you may have the wrong sized tire on . ie.. to large or one size to large in height causing the tire to rub the wheel well. check with the dealer to see what size it should be.
