The PCM in your car provides the ground for the individual cylinders to fire, so if you have new wires, coils and plugs then I would say you have a bad internal ground inside of your PCM not allowing #5 to fire. It works the same way for your fuel injectors, the PCM provides the ground for each individual fuel injector to fire.
