Whats wrong with a 03 Nissan altima if you put your key in the ignition and it will not turn and have all ready tried to turn the wheel and start it?
If that's the case, you probably have a sticking tumbler inside the keyswitch assembly. You MAY be able to get it to work temporarily by spraying in some silicone lube and work the key in and out a couple times, but even if that works, you should replace the keyswitch assembly, it's probably worn out.

well I am getting ready to replace mine today and what the dealership told me was to replace the driver side I have to remove the air box and the air return just to get to the bulbs but after I do all of that I should be able to get to the bulbs just fine, or just bring it into the dealership and pay them 75 dollars to replace a bulb for me thanks Nissan. Sorry cant go into details on how to do it because I havent done it yet but hey that's the instructions I got on how to do it so maybe it will help you.
