Tell me where the turn signal flasher is on a 1996 Sedan DeVille. It is behind the panel right above the headlight switch
For most GM vehicles, the turn signal flashers are under the dash, just left of the steering column. There is usually an access door or some kind of panel that covers the fuse box where the flasher resides.
where are the flashers located
Remove the panel directly under the steering column. It is located just back in there.

The Signal electrical Control is located in the column of driving wheel, the flashers located under the dask

The flasher is located under the dash right under the steering colum. remove the underdash cover and it willbe to the right of the colum.

On top of the steering column, below the steering wheel.
It is located under the dash on the drivers side, mounted on the passenger side of the steering wheel. There are 2 flashers there. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights.
