3.4, and 3.8.
Chevy Lumina.
Key Remove rear seat
number1 piston up timing marks align with each other
Same as other 3.8 engines. It is near the harmonic dampener on the bottom front of the engine.
THere should be an ABS warning light that comes on briefly along with all the other indicator lights when you turn the ignition on.
On a 1993 Chevy Lumina with a 3.1L engine, the crankshaft position sensor is located near the crankshaft pulley at the front of the engine. It is mounted on the engine block, typically on the passenger side. To access it, you may need to remove the engine cover or other components that obstruct the view.
Check the drivers door tag, it should be there. If not look in the owners manual. Other than that set them to 32 psi when cold.
I'm not sure of the years....same as the Lumina I'd imagine. But the Pontiac was called a Trans Sport and was later changed to Montana. The Olds Silhouette was the other name you're looking for.
It all depends on which model. Several different model Lumina cars, with different engines = different tank size, as well as the Lumina Van. Ya see, there is just not enough information here to get the correct answer. It is a 3.1 Liter 6 Cylinder - does that help????
Just had this done on my 97, along w/ other work. It cost me around 325.00 for the crank sensor.
It's right above the high pressure port!! :) under the air cleaner box ,
