Most vehicles before 1997 didnt have daytime running lights. If oyu have the owners manual look it up there. They are usually under the radio and heating controls.
AnswerThe daytime running light module is behind the ashtray sounds wreid but it is back there and not to hard to get to first you take out the ashtray and Bam there it is .hope this helped.also note, that if your neon has fog lights, they can be rewired (at the switch on the dash) to be turned on manually instead of just when the headlights are on.
