It is located in the back(cargo) drivers side panel. Open up the back panel that has your jack and such in it and then it is on the KE module in there. It will take some fumbling around and tinkering but it only takes a few minutes to find it. It should be written in computer print to the top of the KE module. It has been a few years since Iwe had to do this also. We have a 2002 Ford Explorer and I believe my husband called the dealership where we purchased the vehicle that they were able to get us the information of how to get the code. I want to say that we had to take it back in so they could pull it out of the from the vehicle...
