I'm not real sure about a 1995 Sebring, but on my 1999 Sebring it is located on the left side (Driver's side) of the dash board. There is a panel that you pull off and there they are. If it's not there, then look in the owner manual for the location. If you don't have an owners manual, you should be able to get a .pdf one off the Internet.

In a 2000 Chrysler Sebring, the fuse for the speedometer and gas gauge is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You should check the owner's manual for the exact fuse number, but it is usually labeled as "Instrument Panel" or "Gauges." If the gauges are not functioning, inspecting and replacing this fuse may resolve the issue.
The radiator fan fuse for a 2008 Chrysler Sebring is typically a 40-amp fuse located in the fuse box under the hood. To confirm the exact location and amperage, refer to the owner's manual, as fuse designations may vary by model and configuration. Always check the fuse box cover for a diagram as well.
