Should be on frame behind front wheels (side of vehicle)
Take off driveshaft at rear u joint, pull out of trany tail. Place trans jack under pan. remove bolts from block. Roll jack backwards. You will probably have to unbolt crossmember & slide it back. reverse to install.
To change a front tire, place the jack directly behind the tire. To change a back tire, place the jack directly in front of it. Try to get the jack under the tire axis.

If you no longer have the owner's manual AND the instruction sticker is missing from the jack storage area. . . look underneath the bottom sill of the body just in front of the rear wheel wells and/or just behind the front wheel wells. You should see a flattened area (stamped into the sill) where the matching plate of the jack fits. THAT is the place to place the jack.
