Oh, dude, the hazard flasher on a 1996 Chevrolet Lumina is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You might have to contort your body a bit to reach it, but hey, that's part of the fun, right? Just look for a little rectangular box with a bunch of wires coming out of it, and you're golden.
