I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother's 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...
i also found mine in the same area. the sticker is actually on the keyless entry module on the firewall. mine was white. the code is not labled but the sticker does say keyless entry. good luck hope we helped you

on my 2003 expedition the code is located behind the access panel on the passenger side floor board where the fuse box is it is a 5 digit number.
It is located under the dashboard next to the shaft for the brake pedal. Put your head on the floorboard and look straight up.

There is a box located under the dash on drivers side usually mounted on the fire wall. This is your keyless entry control center. The code is printed on a label attached to that box. Hope this helps.
