On a 2009 Ford Ranger :
You will find the Data Link Connector behind a small removable ? plastic
panel in the lower part of your dash , below the steering wheel and between
the inside hood release and the parking brake release
( the plastic panel is either removable or it flips up or down )
The 2004 Ford Ranger OBD 2 port is under dash below or left of steering column
Yes, it will be under the dash on the driver side.
Most under dash driver's side. There isn't an OBD port on a 1986 ranger!!
On a 1994 Ford Ranger ( which is OBD I , EEC IV ) should have an EEC TEST connection in the engine compartment ( P.S. I'm not a mechanic / technician )
A 1990 Ford Ranger is OBD I / EEC IV - if that's what you are asking
yes
The 1999 Ford Contour OBD 2 port is under driver side dash next to kick panel
The 2002 Ford Excursion OBD 2 port is under drive side dash above accelerator
The 2002 Ford Mustang has a Obd 2 port
1993 is OBD-1. 1998 and newer are OBD-2. actually , 1996 and newer are OBD II
The 1999 Mercury Cougar OBD 2 port is under driver side dash left of steering column
The 2001 Ford Escape OBd 2 port is on lower edge of dash, right of hood release
