i think is in underneath the glove box you should see 2 clips that unscrew possibly a yellow color and then the fuse box should fall down
Moist likely this fuse is tied in with others, as a combination. ie, there is no fuse specifically for that, check your fuse box under the dashboard and in the engine, look for a blown fuse, and replace it.

Mounted directly along side the winshield washer fluid tank.
i have a 2003 ford focus and want to locate which fuse is for the washer pump
The 2002 Ford Focus windshield washer tank is held in place by four retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the windshield washer hose. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer tank.
On the driver's side, under the hood by the firewall, there is a fuse box.
Under the hood, by the firewall, in the main fuse box on the driver's side!!
The washer pump is located at the bottom of the winshield washer resevoir. There are 2 pumps...one for the front and one on the back. All you need to do is remove the wire assembly from the pump and it pulls out of the resevoir. It will take some muscle to get it out because of the press fit washer. Be careful of washer fluid coming out once you remove the pump. Good Luck
In a 2006 Ford Focus, the fuse for the window washer pump is located in the interior fuse box, which is typically found on the driver's side, near the steering column. Look for a fuse labeled "Wiper" or "Washer" in the fuse diagram provided on the cover of the fuse box. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore function to the window washer pump. Always ensure the vehicle is off before checking or replacing fuses.
some models th pump is inside the winshield bottle, others mounted about 6 inches behind bbottle container.
