Sometimes its beneath the center console, sometimes underneath the FM Stereo Area.
I know because mine was bad so I had to get it repaired. I just googled a webiste called www.myairbags.com and they repaired for $55 with free shipping back to me. It worked good. Make sure to disconnect the battery before you work with SRS module though, because it is a sensor and if it is powered and it feels movement, the airbags could blow.
