It may be necessary to remove some trim panels to access it. The BCM is responsible for controlling various electrical functions in the vehicle, such as lighting and climate control. Always ensure the battery is disconnected before attempting to access or replace the BCM.

Hi, The Body Control Module (BCM) is located under the dash, on the passenger side of the van. You will have to remove the lower dash panel to get to it. I have included a link below that shows its location, and there are various photographs. I know this is for a 2001 model, but the 1999 model has the BCM in the same location. Good Luck, Greg
