if you are refering to the fan for the climate control, it is behind the coolant reservoir on the passenger side kind of tucked into the fender screwed into the plastic molding, it's not the easiest to get at, it has two wires to it, one plugged into the back of the motor and one attached to a tab held to the body of the motor by one of the mounting screws
My 93' vandura has a 5.7 liter 350cubic inch engine.
Defective blower motor or blower motor resistor pack.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of the blower motor in your 1993 GMC 1500. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. If the new blower motor does not have the fan attached to and you will need to remove the fan from the old blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.

First, take a socket wrench to remove the cover of the blower motor of a 1993 Chevy truck. Then pull the motor blower out and install a new one in its place. Lastly, screw the bolts of the blower motor cover back in.
there are actually 3 fuses ( that i have found) 2 are in the fuse panel below and to the left of the steering column marked ac and auxilary ac/heat. my 1993 g3500 vandura also has an inline 20 amp fuse wired in between the fuse panel and the rear blower motor switch.
