Jack up and support the rear of the car. Look up and just to the rear of the left rear wheel well. You will see the gas filler tube, in the same area you will see a black plastic canister with one electric plug and one hard black plastic tube about 5/8" in dia. One 10mm bolt holds it in place on a bracket, remove it and the assy will drop down. P.S. The bolt is rusty because that's where all the crud off your tires go. Spray the threads with lube so it won't snap. Good luck.

To find the exact location, you can follow these general steps: Locate the evaporative emission canister: The canister is usually positioned in the engine compartment or underneath the vehicle, near the fuel tank. It is a rectangular or cylindrical-shaped component. Trace the vent hose: The vent hose is connected to the evaporative emission canister. Follow this hose to locate the canister vent valve solenoid. The solenoid is typically mounted on or near the canister itself. Inspect for an electrical connector: Look for a wiring harness or electrical connector connected to the canister vent valve solenoid. This connector provides power and control signals to the solenoid.
