In the 2003 Expedition XLT the "Vehicle Security Module" is on the right side on the side wall, under the glove compartment. There is also a "Driver seat Module" that one is under the driver seat. You need to lift the driver seat all the way up, then slide it out of it's holding base and unplug it- BEFORE doing any disconnection, the parameters need to be saved into a diagnostic tool so they can be re-uploaded back into the new "module", otherwise a gazillion trouble codes will show up and it will run really bad.
