located at the drive belt end of the motor (3.0 and 3.8 engines} 3800 motors the sensor is located at the other end.
A 3.8 and a 3800 are the same engine just as a 3.1 is the same as a 3100. I have never heard of a 3.0 GM engine.

The temperature sensor on a 93 Olds Cutlass Cierra 3.3 is located on the back of the engine. It is on the intake manifold.
1992 olds Achieva does not have that switch. ECM receive signal from the coolant temperature sensor and send command to relay #6 for turn on/off the radiator fan. Relay #6 is located in the motor compartment on the fireboard.
On a 1994 Oldsmobile Royale 88, the coolant temperature sensor is typically located near the thermostat housing on the engine block. It is usually found on the intake manifold or cylinder head, making it accessible for replacement or inspection. This sensor plays a crucial role in monitoring the engine's temperature and sending signals to the engine control unit. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details and diagrams.

The low coolant sensor in a 1998 Oldsmobile 98 Regency is typically located in the coolant reservoir or near the radiator. It is designed to monitor the coolant level and alert the driver if it falls below a certain threshold. To access it, you may need to remove the coolant reservoir or check the area around the radiator where the sensor is mounted. Always refer to the vehicle's service manual for the exact location and details.
