It is near the top of the transmission bell housing just to the left of centerline. You will need to unbolt it from underneath using a 7/16" socket on a long extension. Before doing so, set the parking brake and disconnect the transmission shifter linkage. Do this from underneath the truck. Do not even try it if you are obese.
