As a general rule on Dodge and most vehicles, the ECM or ECU is located somewhere behind the dash usually more toward the passenger side possibly behind the air bag. If it isn't there it might be under the floor of the passenger side or even try under the driver's seat. Ever car and manufacturer is different so it's hard to say.
