If your talking about the brake bleeder, it is on the caliper/brake cylinder at the wheel.
theirs a vaccum line coiming from the egr valve,going to the btp valve on the back side of intake manifold,by back fire wall.

Open the glove box and the fuse cover will be to the right. it could also be under the steering wheel. that's where mine is and i have an 86 dodge ram d150
