Door Code Location...
I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother's 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...

some times it can be found on pcm body but a dealer can pull that info out with there scan tool for just a little bit of labor charge.
The factory code for a 2006 Lincoln LS keyless door pad is typically found on a label attached to the owner's manual or in the glove compartment. It can also be located on the trunk lid or under the driver's side dashboard. If the code is not available, you may need to contact a Lincoln dealership with your vehicle's VIN to retrieve it.

The 5-digit factory code is printed on the control module which is mounted on the rear cab wall behind the rear seat, driver's side. To remove the seat back, remove the center seatbelt anchor, reach behind the bottom edges of the seat back and push the plastic finger retainers toward the rear, then slide the seat back upwards. A little tricky, but manageable.
it is down by the brake pedal on a metal box
The 2006 four Explorer factory horn is located on the right hand side of the radiator. The horn will be behind the front grill.
No, keyless entry was an extra-cost option.
