The 1988 Chevrolet Camaro signal flasher unit is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The signal flasher unit will be to the right of the brake pedal.
The 1992 Chevrolet Camaro turn signal flasher unit can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher unit will be above the gas pedal.

It is in the gas tank.
it's a small canister shaped unit. silver in color.
If it is not on the fuse panel then it is on the back of the dash near the steering column.
If it's the same as my 1982 F150, open the fuze box located by the driver's left foot on the firewall. The flasher unit is a silver cylinder. Should pull right out.
under the dash in a clipto the left of the steering column. its a small canister shaped unit.
underneath driver's side lower dash plate. it will be on your right hand side.
it the bulb or socket not flasher unit
If one signal works its not the flasher. You probably have a bad/wrong bulb or a bad socket. Check your owners manual for correct bulb size. If that's not the problem check for a bad socket. Your emergancy flashers are on a differant flasher unit.
There is also a flasher unit that makes them flash, try replacing that unit.
