If your car has fuel injection the fuel filter is located under the left rear side of the car. Look under the car and you will see it beside the gas tank. It is a canister style.

If your car has a carburetor the fuel filter is in the carburetor. Follow the fuel line to the filter housing on the outer edge of the carburetor. It is a paper element style filter.
