It's either in the fusebox under the hood, on the left by the firewall, or inside by your left knee, in the little panel that looks like an ashtray.
Also, there's a safety cutoff in the rear, on the left, behind the upholstery panel that has a red button on it. If you've hit a pothole or bumped the car hard in any way, it'll trip that cutoff and you'll need to push that red button to reset it.
