In the power distribution box in the engine compartment ( Ford recommends disconnecting your battery ) The # 5 relay is for the fuel pump and in location # 9 of the PD BOX there is a 20 amp mini fuse for the fuel pump relay and RAP module on a 1998 Ford Explorer . also the fuel pump inertia switch is in the right front passenger area , in the right front corner mounted on the toe board . If you don't see gas leaking or smell gas push the button down ( if it has popped up ) on the top of the switch to restore power to your fuel pump (Helpfull)
