There is no fuse. The power for both of the fuel pumps comes off the fuel pump relay. The power to the relay comes off the "X4/10" terminal block, pin 38. The terminal block is located in the engine compartment, on the right side, mounted to the firewall. Its right above the strut attach point. Hope this helps
The fuel pump relay can be found under the cooling fan guard, on the driver's side of the car. It's a black box, less than two inches thick and perhaps eight inches long, and it's bolted to the top of the frame that holds the cooling fan, parallel to the frame.
It's in a package called the constant control relay module - CCRM - under a cover directly in front of the top of the radiator.See "Related Questions" below for more

Ther is no fuse specifically for just the wiper spray.. But, fuse #38 powers the rear washer pump relay And fuse #113 powers the front washer pump relay Also fuse #1 has to do with the wiper system as well, just not the washer pump relays...
Could be fuel pump or the fuel regulator located under the hood. Fuel reg. Should control 38-44 psi. Pump=65-70 psi.

it could be fuel pump pressure is over 38 psi., causing it to flood out. check your fuel pressure regulator and pull vac. line off while it is running,see if speed changes,if not try new fuel pressure regulator. the info your have given needs more info, like low on oil ,could the engine be seizing when it warms up? there are a gammit of possiblities for this question.
