I believe a 2005 Cavalier's fuse box is were mine is on my 2002 Cavalier. Its on the driverside. Open the driverside door. Looking in throught the driver door on the lower left you'll see a part of your dash on the lower left with "fuse box" on it. Pop open the dash panel and replace whatever fuse you need. -Chris
The heater fan is located under the dash on the passenger side
It has none, unless you install one.
The heater core is basically a small radiator located inside your car. If your "real" radiator isn't working quite as it should, then the heater can carry some of that load. Then if you turn the heater off the engine will run hot when it's only got the bad radiator left to cool it.
Detach the screw that attaches the heater duct on a Chevy Cavalier and remove the heater core. Once this is done you can replace the faulty heater core with a functional one.
Under the center of the dash, behind the radio and ashtray. You have to go through the bottom.
Check the fuses. If not the fuse, test the resistor down by the blower motor.
hello Can you tell me why the heater on my 2002 toyota yaris isnt working? Ive changed the thermostat, flushed out the radiator and also the heater matrix behind the dashboard is getting red hot as well
It's located in the front or side of the engine. It will unplug and then just plug another one in.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 2005 Chevy Cavalier heater blower motor. Remove the heater blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the heater blower fan.
huh?
Low coolant? Bad thermostat? Heater core airbound, plugged or restricted? Water pump not circulating coolant?
There are heater-resistance wires in the glass of the back windshield.
