The only fuse box i know of on the 91 Firebird is located under the dash Above your left leg. I am not sdure if that is the same for all engine sizes and models. But i do know for a fact its located there on a V6 3.1ltr. Theres probably a door on it that's why you cant see it..I am assuming you looked..lol.
