TheIndicator Flasher is a blue plastic box about 1" x 1" x 2" located under the instrument panel, almost directly above the diagnostic connector that is next to the hood release. It has 5 wires connected to it. Both my turn indicators and hazard flashers quit yesterday, and the factory manual described the circuits well but didn't give a clue to the flasher location. Turned out that my problem was apparently a bad connection at the multifunction (hazard/turn)switch.
