The horn relay for a 2006 Dodge ram is in the battery junction box in the engine compartment...i'm not sure exactly which relay it is , but usually on the horn relays ,if you are in a state that uses salt in the winter time, you may want to check to make sure that the relay is grounded...sometimes the ground ,inside the fuse box gets corroded and breaks and cuases the horn not to work.....or have someone push on the horn button and if the relay still works it will be clicking and that is another way to find it hope this helps.......
