The ignition module and coils are located on the lower passenger side of engine block. It is best to access from underneath.
HEI? inside the distributor cap
If this is the 4.3 engine, it is located on the bracket next to the ignition coil.
On a 2001 Chevy S10 with a 4-cylinder engine, the ignition coil is typically located near the engine's valve cover, mounted on the engine block. It is often positioned towards the front of the engine, and you may need to remove the air intake duct or other components for easier access. Make sure to consult the vehicle's service manual for specific details and diagrams for your model.
How do you adjust the emergency brake on your 2001 S10 Chevy?
I'd call a locksmith. The ignition wil probably have to be drilled and replaced.
Chevy S10 in 2001 didn't have a 2.0L engine. They had a 2.2L engine and it has a (DIS) distributorless ignition system. There is no timing to set.
It has a coil pack but no distributor.
No.
Which engine do you have, need more info.
Chevy did not use a crankshaft sensor in 1995.If it won't fire then I would check the ignition module in the distributor and more then likey replace it. Also check the ignition coil and WIRE / coil wire.
Might be a faulty fuel pump.
