on a 2002 grand am it is right on top of the big black tube coming from the air filter to the engine
This should be located on the airflow tubing going away from the air filter. It will be held in place by an alligator clip and plug directly into the airflow tubing. It will also be located on the firewall side of the tubing.
The IAT intake air temperature sensor plug on a 93 Nissan is on the intake pipe. The EGR sensor is located on the intake manifold.
It should be the plug on the intake just before the Throttle Body.
The 1997 Acura intake air temperature sensor is located on the air filter housing. The sensor will be on the right hand side of the air filter housing.
installed on the air cleaner
It is located downstream in the air intake tube from the air filter. From the air filter box you'll come to the Mass Airflow Meter. Immediately downstream from that is a sensor with a plug sticking out of the air tube. That is your Air temperature sensor.
It screws into the top of the air cleaner assembly near the braket for the mass air flow sensor.
If your taliking about the ambient temp sensor it is located behind the grill drivers middle.green plug. near the tranny cooler. the iat sensor is mounted on the intake.
The i.a.t intake air temp sensot is located in the air intake it is the plug that hooks right into the air tube but it is also the maf mass air flow sensor just so you know
I believe the Intake Air Temp Sensor is the plug on the back side of the intake tube.
The IAT (intake air temperature) sensor is usually located in the air intake snorkel between the air filter and throttle body. It's about half the size of a spark plug and has an electrical connection attached to it.
It is located on the air filter box. Has a plug with 3 or so wires in it.
