Under the seat ( according to the Owner Guide )
In a 2000 Ford F-150, the jack handle is typically stored with the jack itself, which is located beneath the rear seat. To access it, you need to lift the rear seat cushion, where you'll find the jack and its handle secured in a compartment. Make sure to check that it is properly stowed for safety during driving.
