Hi, The heater core is under the dash but down low . You have to take apart some of the heater ductwork to get to it. I'm curious as to why you need to get the heate rcore? Is your heat mnot coming out? Is there fluid dripping under the dash, because that can mean the core or a hose is leaking. If you would please add a bit more then we can guide a bit more. The heater fuse for a 1993 Geo Tracker is located in the fuse box that is inside the engine compartment on top of the battery. It would also be a good idea to check the wires on the heater relay that is on the passenger side of the engine compartment on the fender wall. It is just behind the washer fluid receptacle.
