If it's like my '91 with the 3.1 six (VIN T), it's on the side of the accumulator/dryer which is basically directly below the battery. Not sure how Chevy officially wants you to get to it, but when I charge up my A/C, it's easiest to pull the top off the air cleaner, remove the bolt in the bottom of the air cleaner, pull the box over behind the battery, and access the low port that way. (Install the filter and the top of the air cleaner if you run the engine to charge the AC, and don't forget to put some Duct Tape over the bolt hole in the bottom of the AC) Remount the air filter when you're done, and you're good to go.
