Actually there isn't an oil fill "pipe." You pour the oil into one of the valve covers after removing the provided cap. It drains through the heads and down through the block and into the pan that way.

It is on the drivers side at the rear of the block. It may be above an exhaust pipe.
On a 1994 Corvette with the LT1 engine, the oil fill tube is located on the driver's side of the engine, near the front. It is integrated into the intake manifold and is typically covered by a cap labeled "Oil Fill." To access it, you may need to remove any components that obstruct your view, but it is generally straightforward to find.
40 at idle and 60 while driving. A lot depends on the condition of a motor.
they tried to fill the pipe with mud and cement to stop the spill if that didn't work they will try to fill it with golf balls or tire ruble

The engine should be a small block, probably a 350. Look on the drivers' side between number 1 and 3 cylinders.
The engine oil fill cap is on the passenger side of the engine , near the front , on the top of an extension pipe
