There should be two Oxygen sensors; the one that wears out most frequently is installed in the exhaust manifold, close to where the exhaust pipe connects. The second Oxygen sensor should be behind the catalytic converter.
The downstream O2 sensor was broken and is missing the wiring harness, I have a universal O2 sensor, but need the color codes to wire it properly. It has a purple, pink, black and white.

yes and you more thanlikley have two or maybe three. if code reads after thershold or on the downside then its after the convertor if before it will say which bank the are located in the exhaust system
The air intake sensor is a resistor that goes to the PCM. A schematic can be found in a service manual
